Motivate Me Now! FAQ

How do I see the description of
an item?
Select the item you wish to know about from the drop down list under the category you
want. When you click "Go," the next screen will show you all the details!
This will NOT order the item -- you must click the "Order" button before
you will be charged.
How do I get back into my
Online Rental item? My browser crashed and I only heard 1/2 of it.
Simple! Once you've ordered a title, you can play it as often as you wish for 24
hours. Go into "Motivate Me Now!," choose your title again, click
"Go." You'll see at the top of the page how much time you have left to
START your title. It will play to the end even if you have just 1 minute left.
If you need to start 1/2 way through, click Play in the control panel to buffer the
title. Then click "Pause." In the middle of the control panel there
is a time slider. Click and slide it to the time you left off at. Then click
"Play."
How do I find out about a particular
title's author?
There are two ways to view an author's Biography and contact information. In the
Motivate Me Now! area, click on the "Author Sort" link on the left of the page.
The top dropdown list shows all of our featured authors. There is a
"Bio" button right next to it. Select the author you're interested in,
then click "Bio." Also, while a selection is playing, there is a link in
the Playback window to the author's Bio page. Click it and a new window will open
for your perusal.
How do I keep AOL from locking up?
We know that AOL is wonderful for surfing the web! But we also know that the browser
can be temperamental. But great news! There is a simple workaround! While
you are connected to AOL, you can use any browser! We support fully
both Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 and higher and Netscape Navigator version 4 and
higher. All you need to do to make sure you have a great experience listening to our
library, is minimize your AOL program, launch MSIE or Netscape, login to us as usual, then
choose a title and off you go!
