Past Due Goal Analysis shows you each Major Goal, Support Goal and Action Item you've created that has passed its Accomplishment date, and hasn't been recorded as done (I Did It).  Action Items that have expired no longer send email reminders to you.  You can edit the goal's Accomplishment date directly by clicking Edit Goal/Extend End Date.  If you choose a Major Goal or Support Goal, you can easily extend all sub-items at one time.
